* 1 cup Hemp/Brazil/Cashew milk, heated
* 1 cup clean water, heated
* 2 droppers full turmeric extract
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1 tablespoon coconut oil
* 1/2 to full teaspoon of I am Gaia (Women’s vitality nourishing herbs)
* 1 pinch sea salt
* 10 drops stevia or 2 dates
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 pinch cloves
* 1 pinch nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon collagen
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Serves one person.
