I know what it feels like to have no idea when you are going to bleed. I used to have very erratic bleeds, painful periods and no relationship to my cycle whatsoever. I would be emotionally all over the place. Energetic one minute and completely exhausted the next. I was totally out of tune with my inner rhythms always pushing, always striving for more. This took me on a journey to learn and embody all I could about living holistically with my inner seasons.

Beetroot and ginger tonic latte
- 1/2 cup organic beetroot powder
- Red raspberry leaf herb
- Nettle Herb
- 2 cups of water
- 3 cardamon pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
1.5 teaspoons black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey or coconut syrup
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric
- 1 scoop grass-fed collagen powder
- 1 tbsp lucuma powder
- 2-3 cups of unsweetened almond, coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lucuma powder
1. In a stainless steel pot, cook the water, and add everything in the tea base simmering for about 7 to 10 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend and sweeten to your unique palette.
I now live in harmony with my menstrual cycle and the lunar cycle, as well as my own changing seasons. I feel sexy, playful and sensual, and this radiates in my inner and outer landscapes.
